- the .b program (an 8-lesson curriculum for 10 – 12 year olds)
- the .breathe program (a 4-lesson curriculum for 13 – 15 year olds)
- a pre-exam session (one hour lesson for Grade 7 – 9 who have completed .b or .breathe)
